English Language Learner/Multilingual Learners Demographics/Data Reports
In adopting CR Part 154 èÖľyuzuki State has taken a bold step that has led to many positive outcomes, including:
- In 2016 the percentage of Ever ELLs graduating is 81.6% which is an increase of 3.9 percentage points from 2015.
- On the 2016 NYSESLAT, a majority of ELLs (52.9%) scored at the Commanding or Expanding levels: 9.5% at the Commanding level, and 43.3% at the Expanding level.
- Also 43.6% of Ever ELLs scored in levels 3 & 4 in 2016, and this is an increase of 3% from the previous year.
- 39.7% of Ever ELLs scored in levels 3 & 4 on the 2016 ELA exam, which is an increase of 9.2% from the previous year.ÌýÌý
- The percentage of ELLs scoring in levels 3 & 4 on the 2016 ELA exam is 4%, which is an increase of 0.1% from the previous year.Ìý

Students who have been in our schools for three years or less and are English Language Learners. ELLs in our schools one year or less are exempt from the ELA. |
